Our room was spacious and had a balcony, which made our stay really nice. The location was stunning and fantastic, within an easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would choose to stay here again next time.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Surf & Sand Beach Motel. The hotel was perfectly clean and the location was great. Our room on the upper level was updated and clean, with a kitchenette and balcony provided.

This hotel met expectation! The venue was located adjacent to a beautiful beach and ocean and the festival. Functional room, bed was exceptionally comfortable plus there was a newly renovated bathroom. It boasted amazing views of the ocean.

We had a good stay for 2 nights at the beginning of our trip. The food was good, and we really enjoyed the coffee and bakery. The location was fantastic, being close to Provincetown and Martha's Vineyard, as well as restaurants and activities.

We had a great time on our first trip to Cape Cod, thanks to the Surf & Sand Beach Motel. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and all the rooms faced the water. Our updated and clean room had everything we needed, including a small electric stove, fridge, and microwave. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they provided beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. The grounds were well-maintained, and the pool was never crowded. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee in the morning and the strong WiFi in our room. Highly recommend!

Great location directly on a lovely beach, comfortable beds, nice touch with coffee and muffins. Spotless room with updated kitchen and bath, friendly staff with great restaurant recommendations. Very clean, decent mattress.
